    Between September 1991 and December 1993, the physical and chemical properties of the South waste rock dump at La Mine Doyon were measured for the purpose of identifying the key processes contributing to acid rock drainage production. Several physical parameters, such as climatic data, temperature profile, priezimetric levels, and others, were monitored. Numerical modelling of acid mine drainage production in waste dumps was also discussed.
